The supreme quality for leadership is unquestioningly integrity. Without it, no real success is possible, no matter whether it is on a section gang, a football field, in an army, or in an office.
-Dwight Eisenhower
Being a leader is about the best at something, the smartest, the strongest, or the loudest. Leadership it is about having a character that motivates people to want to do their best for you or your position. In addition to working on building practical skills that you can apply on the job, engage in activities and take classes that influence your character in a positive way. College is a place where you can discover activities and communities to which you can devote yourself throughout your post-college life. Don’t just be a model because of your rank, status, and bank account; be a role model of values for others. People are always watching and emulating you. Give them a good example to aspire to.
